Hello, USD 231 Patrons and Employees.
As we approach the end of another school year, I write to reflect on our shared accomplishments and extend my gratitude for your continued support and partnership in your children's education.
This year has been filled with significant milestones and achievements, and there were way too many to list here, so for a refresher, check out all the 'Examples of Excellence' newsletters from the past 10 months HERE. In summary, our students have demonstrated resilience, creativity, and dedication in the classroom and in extracurricular activities. I am incredibly proud of their hard work and the progress they have made.
Our employees have provided nurturing and stimulating learning environments. Their commitment to our students, their peers, and our community is beyond remarkable. I appreciate all of our employees for their efforts.
I also want to acknowledge the invaluable role you, as parents and guardians, have played in supporting your children’s education. Your involvement, whether through assisting with homework, volunteering for school events, or getting them to and from school every morning, has been crucial to our students' success. We are grateful for your collaboration and encouragement throughout the year.
As we close this school year, please be reminded to visit our school district website and social media channels for updates and information over the summer. We will continue to share important announcements and resources to help keep your children engaged and prepared for SY 24-25.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message. Have a great week!!!
Sincerely,
Brian
