We have reached the end of our 3rd Quarter, and we are headed into our last quarter of the school year. This has been a very busy quarter with Black History, STEM Fair, and Spelling Bee. We are so proud of our students for all of the hard work they have put in, and keeping up with their classes as well. 3rd Quarter Report Cards will be emailed on Friday, March 29th. Our last Parent-Teacher Conferences will be on Tuesday, April 30th.

Our awesome Home and School would like to treat our students to an Easter Lunch next Thursday, March 28th. Students will enjoy a delicious meal provided by our volunteers before we dismiss for Spring Break! Parents, if you are able to help in any way with this event, please contact Mrs. Saundra Rollins (804) 822-2046.

Spring Break begins next week. We will dismiss at 12:30 on Thursday, March 28th, right after our Easter Lunch. There will be no aftercare on this day, so please plan accordingly. There will be no school on Friday or the following week. School will resume on Monday, April 8th.

8th Grade Parents, the class trip is scheduled for Monday, April 8th, after Spring Break. For details and information about the trip and graduation updates, please contact Mr. Thomas (jthomas@aecsda.com). The next 8th Grade Parent Meeting will be on Wednesday, April 10th.

Just a reminder that all Imagination Zone activities dismiss at 4:30 PM, unless otherwise noted. Students not picked up will be sent to aftercare. Thank you!

Parents, Early Bird Reenrollment closes April 1st. After that, the enrollment fee goes back up to $400. Reenroll now and save!!

In preparation for the start of the 2024-2025 school year, please take time now to complete reenrollment. We are offering an early bird discount for enrolling early. If you register by April 1st, you will receive 50% off the registration fee, so its a great idea to enroll now and save! We are anticipating new students in all of our classes. Enrolling early helps us to better plan for next school year, and ensures that our returning students have a spot in their desired classroom.

To make the entire process more effective and convenient, we continue to use the online enrollment system through the FACTS Family Portal. To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login.

To access Family Portal:

1. Please go to FACTS Family Portal (District Code: AEC-SDA)
2. Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided
3. Go to left-side Navigation Menu
4. Click on Apply/Enroll
5. Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

If you have any questions about reenrolling for next school year, please contact the office at (804) 233-4582. Financial aid/scholarship applications will open up next month. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact Mr. Paul (treasurer@ephesusjracademy.org).

*Update on enrollment fee: Please let us know if you would prefer to pay the enrollment fee through our CashApp. You also have the option to pay it later with your monthly tuition payments. If you choose these options, we will need to waive it on our end.
