Mid Year Transcripts & Reports
Mid-Year Transcripts
For any student who used Common App to apply and have completed the transcript request process in Naviance, the Mid-Year transcript and report will automatically be sent to all schools in your application list.
If you applied to a school directly (not in Common App) that has reached out and asked that we submit a mid-year transcript, please email Ms. Vermillion ASAP to arrange sending your mid-year transcript in a timely manner once the semester has concluded.
All mid-year transcripts will be uploaded to the documents tab in studentVUE and parentVUE. Please note, transcripts are not a live document- if there has been a grade change submitted it may not be reflected on the transcript that has been uploaded.
Final Transcripts
When you have decided where you are planning to attend in the fall, there is one final step that must be taken to ensure that the counseling office has all of the necessary information to send all final documentation to your attending college.
To request your final transcript, you will need to indicate your Final Attending College on the "Colleges I'm Applying to" page in Naviance. This indication unlocks all final documentation for the counseling office to complete and send to your transcript and all other required supporting information to the admissions office to complete your student file.
College Process Presentation 24-25
SAT / PSAT: We do not offer the SAT here at WLHS. Students can register to take the SAT on the college Board website. The PSAT/NMSQT will be offered to 11th graders on Oct 11th, 2024. This is a non-school day and this is our only offering. Registration via google form through student accounts will begin during the 1st week of school and space will be limited, a small fee required. Students and families MUST check the ROAR newsletter for the form link as seats fills up quickly. This exam is intended for students hoping to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program. Students who want to practice for the SAT should do so with full-length practice exams on the College Board website.
- if you require a fee waiver for the SAT, please complete the fee waiver requires on the college board website.
ACT /preACT - WLHS is not an ACT testing site. Students can register and find a testing site for the ACT through the website. The preACT will be offered to 10th graders for free, paid by the state of Oregon, in the Spring. Space will also be limited.
STAMP - Fall STAMP testing is only offered to 12th graders. Registration information will be shared with students and families in late September via the ROAR and ParentSquare.
