We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the parents who volunteered to make our PTA Fall Parties spectacular. Our students had a wonderful time and it was a great way to kick-off our Thanksgiving Break.

Thank you for attending our parent teacher conferences last Thursday and today. The partnership between school and parents is critical to the success of all of our students. We are very fortunate to have such a supportive school community.

Finally, thank you for sharing your children with us everyday. We are so lucky to be a part of their lives each day. We wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving Break.

Indian Prairie School District 204 is pleased to present our 2023-24 Annual Report, highlighting the progress made toward achieving the goals and objectives outlined in our five-year strategic plan.

There is no school for students November 25th through November 29th.

The building is closed for the remainder of Thanksgiving Break.

The PTA set up a delicious lunch for our teachers during the Parent-Teacher Conferences today! 🎉 The spread included juicy burgers 🍔, crispy fried chicken 🍗, and comforting pasta 🍝—just a small way to show our appreciation for all their hard work. 🙌

Thank you to everyone who made this possible! Your support helps us show our gratitude to the amazing staff at Kendall Elementary. 💖

Our students had an unforgettable day at Naper Settlement, where they were transported straight into the 1800s! 🕰️✨

They had a blast stepping into the past, learning about what it took to be a blacksmith apprentice, exploring a real printing press where they got to make their own bookmarks, and even tried their strength by carrying 14 lbs of water on their backs—just like the settlers did and even decoded secret messages using Morse code! 💻📜 The fun didn't stop there—our dancers got their groove on with some folkloric dance, and a few students got to finish their adventure by making their very own homemade butter! 🧈

It was a day of learning, laughter, and a whole lot of hands-on history!

LAST CALL FOR PAINT NIGHT! Orders are due tomorrow, Tuesday 11/26 by midnight! Please note the timing of this event is flexible between the times of 7:00-8:30 pm, and painting can be a group effort. Not everyone attending needs to purchase an item to paint. Looking forward to another fun Family Night at Kendall!

Please consider donating a new, unwrapped toy to assist under resourced families in Naperville (that is safe for children ages 6-12). No stuffed animals or board games, please. Both a Target and Amazon Gift Registry have been created. A collection box is located inside Kendall until 12/9. By invitation, parents and/or guardians are invited to the Giftmart Toyshop where they can purchase new toys for $2.00 per toy. 100% of the proceeds made from the sale of each toy will be donated back to each invited school to fund much needed resources. Thank you for your generosity and participation!

The Second Annual Kendall Variety Show will be January 23, 2025!!! Auditions will be held Mid-December for those who are interested.
