CAMBRIDGE SCHOOL COUGAR COUNCIL COLLECTING ITEMS FOR HURRICANE HELENE VICTIMS
From OCTOBER 21 - NOVEMBER 13, the Cambridge School Cougar Council will be collecting items for the children in Appalachia who were impacted by Hurricane Helene.
If you would like to contribute to their "KIDS HELPING KIDS" DRIVE, please click on the following flyer for more information and where to drop off. All questions can be directed to Christina.O'Brien@sbschools.org.

In collaboration with Rutgers University’s Disability Awareness Month, the SBSD Student Services Department is hosting a panel discussion on "What parents and students can do to best prepare for the transition from secondary school schooling to university services".

SBHS AND SBPD TEAM UP FOR "CRAM THE CRUISER" FOOD DRIVE ON OCTOBER 25TH
The South Brunswick High School and the South Brunswick Police Department are teaming up to support the South Brunswick Food Pantry as they prepare for the holiday season! Join them at the South Brunswick High School home football game on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM for the “Cram the Cruiser" Food Drive.
They will have a police cruiser stationed at the stadium entrance, and are asking the community attending the game to help them fill it with non-perishable food items to support local families in need.
Date: Friday, October 25, 2024
Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Location: South Brunswick High School Football Stadium (750 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852)
The South Brunswick Food Pantry provides vital assistance to families and individuals facing food insecurity. The pantry has seen a growing demand in recent months, and your generous donations will go a long way in supporting those in need.
Requested Items Include:
- Canned vegetables and fruits
- Canned Beans
- Pasta and rice
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Canned soups and stews
- Boxed cereals and oatmeal
- Other non-perishable food items

CROSSROADS NORTH HOLDS THEIR 17TH ANNUAL PINK DAY
On September 30th, Crossroads North held their 17th annual Pink Day for breast cancer awareness. The students wore pink and sold pink bracelets, while the staff wore their best pink and donated. Over $700 was raised for the American Cancer Society. A fun and worthy cause!
OCTOBER DYSLEXIA AWARENESS MONTH
