ZB Parent Bulletin
A message from the Principal...
Greeting ZB families,
Next week our school district will be entering a very important assessment period. On April 16th and 17th, our students will be taking one or more assessments (SAT, PSAT, or Illinois Science Assessment) that will help the District measure academic progress, inform student placement, and support college and career readiness. Please be informed of which days your student is required to be in attendance for these assessments.
April 16th - Only 11th grade students required for attendance (SAT)
April 17th - 9th, 10th, and 11th grade required for attendance (PSAT, SAT, ISA)
For students who are required to attend school in person and take an assessment, please make sure your student gets a good night’s rest, arrives at school on time, and tries their best. If students do not arrive at school on time, they will be unable to participate and will be sent home. 12th grade students will not be required to attend school on either day and will be encouraged to engage in post-secondary exploration, via student services resources that have been provided. Our theme for this assessment period is "Swarm the Test". Ensuring all of our efforts surround our student's opportunity to be successful on the assessment.
With Zee-Bee Pride,
Mr. Zackary Livingston
Principal
