Name: Kristi Burt
What is your position? Kindergarten Teacher
What is your alma mater? Fort Lewis College (Bachelor's Degree) and Lesley University (Master’s Degree)
How many years have you been at South Elementary? This is my 2nd year at South and my 19th year as a teacher.
Name one thing you love about your job? I absolutely love teaching and making a difference in the lives of my students. I want each of my students to know that I love and care for them dearly. I enjoy building relationships with my students, the parents and our incredible staff!
What do you do in your spare time? I chase my three kids around. They are very involved in football, basketball, golf and gymnastics! We also love spending time at the lake!
What is your dream vacation? My dream vacation would be a trip to Hawaii.
What are 4 things you cannot live without? I can’t live without my loving family, my dear friends, my faith, and my sweet puppy dogs!
