Our congratulations to you for your academic and performative success over the past few years! Below is information regarding the May 2024 Commencement and Graduation Ceremonies.

GRADUATES - FOR THE EASTMAN SCHOOL OF MUSIC GRADUATION CEREMONY, PLEASE ARRIVE BY 8:00AM AS THE PROCESSION WILL BEGIN AT 8:45AM AND THE CEREMONY WILL START AT 9:00AM

• Registration is required for the University Commencement Ceremony, Eastman School of Music Ceremony and the Doctoral Ceremony: Registration Link.
• The Graduation Ceremony will be live-streamed for family and friends who cannot attend.
• A live-stream link will be shared at a later date.
• There are no tickets or limits of guests in Kodak Hall for the Eastman School of Music Graduation Ceremony.
• More details will be e-mailed closer to the event.

Degree Application Required
If you did not submit one, please do so by Monday, March 5, 2024 (Final Day)

Please note, all graduates (all schools) whose degrees will be conferred in May will take place on Friday, May 17, 2024 at the University Ceremony.

After your conferral date, students will receive diplomas directly in the mail from Paradigm our diploma vendor. Graduates will also receive a digital diploma via your official University email address.

Failure to submit this form by the due date will result in the Registrar's Office using the legal name and address that is currently in UR Student.

Regalia is required to participate in the University Commencement Ceremony and any of the School’s Graduation Ceremonies. Please refer to the Regalia information below.

• As a reminder: there is no longer any sales tax on these items.

Shipping & Handling is $15.95 for domestic addresses and $60.00 for international addresses if you order your cap and gown after March 15, 2024.
