Book Locker Requests
Need a locker?
Request a locker using this google form. You must complete the google form using a TTUSD student email address. Then simply come to the office and let the front office staff know that you have completed the form. They will get you sorted with a locker.
Arriving to Campus
Dropping Off your Student?!
Please be aware that the main drop off location for students is the front of campus, main entrance, on Donner Pass Road. This is also where all Bike parking will be. Please arrive before 7:25 to eliminate congestion and get your student to class on time. While it is tempting to drop your student off at the door closest to their classroom doing so after 7:20 creates other traffic problems for those parking in the West Wing, South, and East parking lots. Any student arriving after 7:30 must enter through the main entrance and check in with the Attendance Office. Do not open doors for students or adults after 7:30. All doors will remain locked as per ALICE Safety Protocol. Again drop off before 7:25 at the main entrance. Please be punctual, courteous, and patient.
All Bike parking at the main entrance!
All bikes and e-bikes must be parked in the bike parking area across from the main entrance at the staff parking lot. There is a brand new bike corral with racks for all students to use. Thank you for parking and locking your bike at a designated rack. Do not ride your bikes on the sidewalks and through the parking lots on campus. Please be sure to lock up your bike in this new zone. Remember ride responsibly, obey traffic laws, and wear a helmet.
Attendance
When clearing absences contact the front office or please contact Mimi Espinoza-Torres, THS Attendance Secretary, nespinoza-torres@ttusd.org.
To improve punctuality and create a focused learning environment, students will participate in a 2-3 minute non-teacher-directed graded warm-up or bell ringer activity. During this time teachers will take attendance and foster a positive classroom atmosphere. The warm-up will account for up to 10% of students’ grade. Classroom doors will be locked when the late bell rings. Students must get a pass from the Attendance Office or a Campus Monitor.
When students get to their 6th - 9th tardy they will be assigned detention and teachers will contact home. For the 10th tardy, a referral will be submitted and a parent meeting will be scheduled.
Thank you for ensuring students are on time to school in the morning and for speaking with your student about punctuality each period of the day.
ASB Cards!
ASB Cards are for Sale here.
All students are encouraged to buy an ASB card for the school year! Do not miss out on buying your one. The ASB Card will get your student into all THS home games and ASB events and dances for free (ALL sporting events, powderpuff football, broman volleyball, homecoming dance, and the spring formal!).
