Thank you World Language Department for a wonderful Dia de los Muertos celebration: Along with PHS students, we had students from Los Nietos who are taking Intro to Spanish Lanugage & Culture on campus during lunch on Tuesday enjoying the Altar, pan de muerto, face painting, and the grupo- thank you Club Literario. It was great watching so many students participate in the Halloween Spirit Week & Costume Contest on Thursday at lunch.

On Wednesday we recognized 11 students at the student of the month celebration who demonstrated their Titan P.R.I.D.E- Keep up the great work Titans! On Wednesday we hosted a Career Summit where 40 Sophomores and Juniors attended sessions and learned about opportunities, programs and careers after graduation- thank you to Mrs. Sedillo (College & Career Specialist), Elsa Cabral (ROP College & Career Advisor), Mrs. Morales (Southern California Credit Union) and Sara & Grace (Rio Hondo College) for your expertise and support of students success!

Please come out to support PHS's Band, Colorguard, Cheer, Song and Drill Teams as they showcase on Monday, November 4th at the Sandy Thorstonson Stadium (California High School) beginning at 7pm.

AP exam payment deadline has been extended to Wednesday, November 6th. Please arrange for payments to be made to the cashier between the hours of 7:30-3:30p.m. If your student did not receive an invoice or you believe there was a mistake, please contact Mrs. Arriola at gena.arriola@wuhsd.org.

The large gymnasium at Pioneer High School will serve as a voting center for the upcoming election.
