A Message From Principal Abeal
Dear West Belmar Families,
West Belmar Elementary School is gearing up for the Great Kindness Challenge, scheduled for the week of January 27–31, 2025. This nationwide initiative encourages students to perform as many acts of kindness as possible, fostering a culture of compassion and respect within the school community.
In preparation, the student council has been actively involved in spreading positivity. They’ve been creating button pins filled with uplifting messages to inspire their peers during the challenge.
The school has planned a series of themed days and fun activities to celebrate kindness throughout the week. These events aim to engage students in meaningful acts that promote unity and empathy.
The Great Kindness Challenge provides an excellent opportunity for students to contribute positively to their school environment and develop a lifelong commitment to kindness.
We are looking forward to spreading kindness throughout the West Belmar Community.
