PARENT COMMUNICATION
We are in the process of updating the communication to families regarding our policies and procedures (pick up/drop off, absence reporting form, lunch/recess schedules, etc.).
Please be on the lookout for a separate email coming soon!
We are currently finalizing class placements and per the email from district communication on 8/19 they will communicate with families when placements are released via PowerSchool which is scheduled for Tuesday, 8/27.
Bus routes are also still being finalized and you can expect to receive communication about your child’s bus route during the last week of August (by Friday, August 30th at the latest). If you’re seeing bus route details in PowerSchool prior to August 30th, please do not consider that accurate information.
SCHOOL SUPPLY LISTS/ SUPPLY KITS
If you ordered a school supply kit last school year, they will be delivered to your child's classroom.
**School supply kits have already been ordered. If you are interested in ordering for next school year, be on the lookout for more information from our PTA in Spring.

SNACKS AND CLASSROOM-BASED FOOD
Please remember to pack a snack each day for your child. Snacks allowed must follow the District Wellness Policy, meaning that your child may choose to bring in fruits, vegetables, cheese, yogurt, meat, pretzels, popcorn, and goldfish crackers unless nursing services and/or building administrator discretion warrants further limitations.
Additionally, It is highly suggested that children wanting to celebrate their birthdays and holidays do so with non-food items. Please consider sending non-food items to school such as pencils, stickers, slinky, trading cards, donating a book to your child’s classroom library, or talking to your child’s teacher about ideas you might have to make your child feel special.
Thank you for helping us to prevent unfavorable medical outcomes for students with food allergies and other chronic illnesses impacted by food consumption.
