This week's school-wide fitness challenge will wall sits. Who can hold their wall sit for the longest amount of time? This can be done over the course of an entire week. Try your best and email your best/longest wall sit to Mr. B!

It is important for us to keep our bodies moving, but it is also important to encourage others to move with us. Make an exercise fortune teller and perform the exercises with another person as they pick their fortunes.

CHALLENGE: Do something fun and active
Most of our days are spent in front of a screen and in a chair. Even though we need to practice social distancing, we all still need to be active. Being active for at least 60 minutes a day helps your body stay healthy, mind stay sharp, and self stay smiling. You can do this many different ways... riding your bike, shooting some baskets, racing in the backyard, exercising with your family. Send Mr. B a video or a picture of you doing something fun and active.
CHALLENGE: Do at least 30 minutes of videos every session
