TBRI has such great strategies for ways to integrate SEL into the classroom. One of my favorite pieces have been the specific classroom activities that develop those skills in our students. Dr. Catlyn Turcker has a quick read blog with bulleted items that include other classroom activities that may build upon or extend what you're already doing. One of my favorite Ah-Ha moments when reading was to have students graph their feelings after they complete their daily checkin. Students seeing their range of feelings over time will help them (and you) notice patterns and help them reflect on their own state.
