We still have a few extras on sale for $50. Call Amy (614-450-6900) if interested.
It looks good. Just sayin'.
Parent Board Meeting Next Week
Please join us for Parent Board next Tuesday, October 8, 7:00-8:00, in the Linworth Big Room.
At that meeting, we will discuss many topics, including Camp Christian, lockdown drills, quarter ending, and HAGPIE.
Every family is part of the Parent Board. There is no fee (or initiation, haha) involved.
The Coffee Truck is Coming!
Parent Board is providing free hot drinks for students on Wednesday, October 9, 8:30-10:30.
Thank you Parent Board (that's all of you reading this)!
Linworth Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences
Linworth conferences are different. Because we value participating in a wholistic picture of the personal and academic experience occurring, all teachers will be in the meeting. To maximize spots, we have two conferences happening concurrently, creating 40 slots, with teachers moving from one place to the other. When you arrive to the Zoom conference, I will move you to a Meeting Room, where teachers will join you. You are also welcome to email teachers in lieu of a conference. Email addresses are below.
Linworth Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences are Wednesday, October 9, and Monday, October 14. All conferences will be held virtually.
Sign-up is here: Linworth Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences
Phyte Club Update
It was a great week in the garden this week! The corn harvest is in, the herb garden got weeded, we built a bench and we harvested compost from our vermicompost bins. Next week we will build 2 more benches, harvest herbs, and make plans for our event at the Worthington Farmers Market on November 2nd.
Phyte Club meets from 3:15- 4:15 every Monday. We gather in the Big Room and everyone is welcome. Join Us!
College Admissions Representatives
Linworth Students:
We encourage you to continue gathering information about yourself and opportunities accessible to you in order to make informed decisions regarding life after Linworth. Meeting with college admissions representatives can be a valuable resource as we explore opportunities moving forward!
