Dear Dos Rios Families,
November has quickly snuck upon us! The weather is starting to change. Please remember to dress students appropriately, as we do go outside. Along with the weather changing, colds and flus are starting to surface. Please remember to keep your children home if they are not feeling well. If you are unsure of what steps to take, please call our office and we will help you.
At Dos Rios, each grade level has specific goals for academic success and each classroom reflects that rigor. We need your support to maintain high expectations so that your student will grow as much as possible. Remember to regularly check your students' take-home Thursday Folder.
During the month of November, we will be focusing on respect. Students will be learning and practicing ways to respect each other and adults.
November is a time for thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing your children with us, we are so thankful for them and our community. There are so many things to be thankful for at this time. Take time this month to remember those things and model for your children a time of reflection and thanksgiving. We are so fortunate!
