Message from Ms. Miranda
Dear Myrtle Cooper Community,
Welcome back to the new school year! I hope you had a restful and enjoyable summer break. As we embark in the new academic journey, I want to remind you that each day is a fresh opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve our goals. Our first day of school is Monday, August 5, 2024! We will be hosting our campus Meet & Greet on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 4:30 - 6:00 PM. Please be sure to read our newsletter in its entirety for more information and updates.
We are excited to kick off the new school year with our inspiring theme, "BELIEVE." This theme encapsulates the essence of our commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for every student. We believe in the potential within each scholar and the power of our community to nurture and elevate that potential.
BELIEVE represents:
Belive in yourself and your abilities.
Empower each other with kindness and support
Learn with enthusiasm and open mind
Inspire one another to reach new heights
Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth
Value every moment and every scholar
Excel together as a united community
As a campus, we believe in the power of teamwork and the significance of a strong partnership between home and school. I encourage you to actively engage in your childโs education, maintain open lines of communication, and participate in school activities and events whenever possible. Together, we can provide the support and guidance our scholars need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Therefore, our communication is mostly done electronically through email, school website, Class Dojo, or text.
Let's make this school year remarkable by believing in the potential of our scholars and in the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. We are appreciative of the opportunity to serve the families of #TeamSISD! We are #ALLIN!
Here's to a year filled with growth, achievement, and unwavering belief!
Sincerely,
Ms. Miranda
