PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
The Finish Line Is Here!🏃🏁
Dear Trojan Families,
We are sprinting across the finish line of another incredible year at Northwestern High School—a year marked by hard work, resilience, and continued excellence. Our students and teachers gave their all during testing season, and as EOC scores roll in, we are already seeing the results of their dedication and perseverance.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing parents. Whether you donated snacks, provided breakfast, or offered a few words of encouragement—your support made a meaningful impact. It takes a village, and your partnership truly helps our students succeed.
As we look ahead, plans for next school year are already in motion. We’re committed to growing in every area and continuing our pursuit of excellence. But before we begin the next chapter, let’s take time this summer to rest, recharge, and refocus.
I do have one small request for the break: READ! Please encourage your student to read at least 15 minutes a day. It’s a simple habit that keeps the mind sharp and sets them up for success in the fall.
Above all, stay safe and enjoy a well-deserved summer break. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back in August!
A special congratulations goes out to the Class of 2025! We are so proud of you and all you’ve accomplished. We’ll see you on Tuesday May 20th for the Baccalaureate Service *7pm at First Baptist and Thursday, May 22 at 2:00 PM in the F-Gym for graduation practice. (*change in time)
With appreciation,
Michael Abraham
Principal

Please go ahead and make plans to have your parking spot painted black by May 3rd. If you choose not to paint it yourself, you can pay $60.00 to the Athletic office, and we will paint it for you. If you paint your spot, please use black water-based latex exterior paint and do not paint over the white lines. You have until May 3rd to have it painted or pay the $60.00 to the Athletic office. If neither of these are done, then $60.00 will be placed on your school account. Any questions please reach out to Coach Gaither or Mrs. Skipper in Athletic office.
ATHLETIC EVENTS FOR THE WEEK

The boys' team were State Runner Up🥈with 65 points, while the girls finished tied for 20th with 8th points. 3 athletes broke school records and 5 events qualified for All-State recognition.
