We are excited to invite you to PURPLE UP and to join us for our Month of the Military Child Color-Run event on April 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM! This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and support our military-connected students.

Event Details:
Start: Holloman Middle School (HMS)
End: HAFB Youth Center’s MOMC Backyard Bash!
Check-in: 9:30 AM @ HMS gym side yard
Costumes Welcome!

Important Information:
Base access and registration are required for participation.
Parking is available at the Base Chapel & Theatre.
HMS Campus Entry: via Arizona Ave.

Quarter Celebration Reminder
Students who have met the following criteria will be able to attend our Quarter Celebration on Thursday with a special movie outing at the theater:
No F’s or D’s No ISS or OSS
No more than 2 lunch detentions

If your student does not meet these requirements, they will have another opportunity to participate in our 4th Quarter Celebration at the Alamogordo Zoo later this year.

Parents/Guardians and Students, please look for this email, “SY 2025 - 2026 7th/8th Grade Elective Choice Instructions.” It has instructions on how to select Electives through PowerSchool for next school year. REMEMBER THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ELECTIVE CHOICES THROUGH POWERSCHOOL, IS MARCH 21, 2025. Please note, you are still required to complete the Google form previously emailed (Deadline, March 15).

* Grade 7 or 8 PowerSchool Request Screens to Select Elective Choices will be open until Mar 21.

* High School Counselors will be here on March 19, to assist 8th graders select High School classes and electives.

* Future 8th Graders, there is a new Elective you can now select for next year; Wilderness Physical Education.

Monday: Tiger's Street food New Mexico Grown Red Chili Beef Enchiladas or Chicken Tenders

Tuesday: Baja Chicken or Corn Dog

Wednesday: Scratch Made Chicken and Rice Casserole or Hot Honey Chicken Tenders

Thursday: Loaded Crinkle Fries or Hamburger

Friday: Shepards Pie From Scratch or NM Grown Beef and Cheese Fold over Quesadilla
