We are so happy to have school getting back to being closer to what it was before the pandemic. We can't wait to see all of our students and families on September 6th!

Things to Know About Your Child's Day
- Do not arrive before 7:50am. There will be no supervision prior to 7:50.
- Drop off your children in the drop off zone on Grant St. Make this quick so you can move out of the way for the next car. If you would like to walk your child up make sure to park in a parking spot.
- Bussing, walking, biking, and carpooling is encouraged!
- At arrival students can go to breakfast or recess before school. If they are planning on having breakfast at school they MUST eat breakfast prior to recess.
- Students line up by class on the blacktop. Their teacher will meet them each morning. Once the students learn the routine, morning lineup will stop.
- Whistle at 8am indicates it's time for students to walk up to the courtyard and to class.
- Families can walk children through the courtyard and to the outside door entering the building. Families cannot walk their child to their classroom. This is to ensure the security of our campus.
Lunch Info
- Students have the option to eat inside or outside at lunch. When eating inside they are 6 feet apart.
- Food service will be adding the salad bar and implementing procedures that have not been in place for over two years. It will take some time for students and staff to learn these new routines.
After School Pick-up
- School is dismissed at 2:50pm (2:45 for Kindergarten) Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. 12:50pm dismissal on Wednesdays. 12:45pm for Kindergarten.
- At dismissal, parents wait on the sidewalk for students to be dismissed from the blacktop.
- Please pick up your child on time. The school will be keeping track of students who are being picked up late regularly. If you are going to be late, please contact the Salish Coast office at (360) 379-4535 to let us know.
Rules Regarding Student Belongings
- No cell phones out at school during the day. They must STAY in student's backpack during school hours.
- No toys permitted at school

Free and Reduced Lunch 2022-2023
- $2.00 for full priced breakfast
- $3.25 for full priced lunch
- FREE for reduced price breakfast
- $0.40 for reduced price lunch
- Lunch and breakfast are free if you qualify for free lunch.
We encourage all families to apply for free and reduced lunch. Even if your child never eats school lunch, filling out the application helps provide more accurate demographic info for our community which in turn equals more funding.

You should have been mailed a copy by the district, but if you need another one we have them at the main office. These can be turned into the main office when completed.
Lunch money can be deposited via your Skyward online portal, or cash/check at the Salish Coast office.

Pickup Patrol
- All after school plans must be inputted by families in Pickup Patrol. You will receive a link in your email to set up your child's default pickup plan for the school year.
- If you do not input a plan into Pickup Patrol, it will be assumed that your child is being picked up by their parent/guardian.
