A-la-carte senior event purchases will all open on January 8, 2025. Below is a list of the a-la-carte pricing and deadlines to purchase those tickets. To purchase, please go to https://fortbendisd.revtrak.net/FBISD-Schools-1082/hs/EHS/ehs-class-of-2025/#/list.

· Prom is $150. Deadline to purchase is Thursday, April 24, 2025

· Dinner is $85. Deadline to purchase is Friday, March 28, 2025

· Senior Trip is $200. Deadline to purchase is Friday, April 25, 2025

· Senior T-Shirt is $25. Deadline to purchase is Friday, February 28, 2025

· Senior Yard Sign is $30. Deadline to purchase is Friday, February 28, 2025

Senior Serve has been cancelled. As much as we promoted, we unfortunately were not able to get enough tables and students to make our minimum numbers for this event to take place. I want to thank all of the students and parents who did commit. We appreciate you and all you do for our Knights!

CADY only has one more road shoot here at Elkins HS on February 13th from 7:30am to 5:00pm. This will be the last opportunity for your senior to take their senior portrait (photograph for the yearbook) on campus. These spots do fill up quickly so we encourage parents to schedule their child's session well in advance. To schedule, follow the steps below.

• Go to the website www.cady.com/schedule
• Click "Schedule Now" below "Senior Year is a Good Look on You" and It will prompt you to type in the school name “Elkins” and you will see us.
• IMPORTANT: You must select two studio scenes to even move forward in the scheduling. If you are only planning to take the Yearbook Only photos, you still select two scenes then “Continue to Sessions”
• Once you are on the “Choose Your Senior Photo Session Experience” page, you have two options. You can use them for Yearbook Only as well as your senior photos if you choose.

• IMPORTANT: If you are only taking the Yearbook Only photo, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to the Yearbook Only Session with the $10 sitting fee.

*If you do not schedule an Elkins HS Road Shoot time for senior pictures, you will have to travel to the CADY studio location in Houston to take your photo. The attachment below shows you how to book a CADY Road Shoot at Elkins HS.

We will have our Elkins High School Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 9am. Graduation will be at the EpiCenter in Rosenberg, TX (28505 Southwest Fwy, Rosenberg, TX 77471). At this time, this is all the information we have. Once we receive additional information, we will share that out via this newsletter and email.

This year, the administrative sponsor will be Dr. Sarah Brown. Class Sponsors will be Ms. Leija-Leroux and Ms. Nneji. Please feel free to email any of the sponsors with any questions or concerns about upcoming Class of 2025 events.

Students who have meet CCMR requirements will be eligible to wear a cord at graduation. For information on how your child can receive their CCMR credit and receive their cord, please email our CCRA, Veronica Fontenot Harris at veronica.fontenot@fortbendisd.gov.
