ZB Parent Bulletin

A message from the Principal...
Greetings ZB Families!
We are "Marching" right along into 4th quarter and entering a very important assessment season. We do want to remind all parents about some very important upcoming surveys including the Illinois Youth Survey and the 5 Essentials Survey. Both tools help to provide feedback to the district concerning health and wellness for students along with various improvement areas for our school district. Please take a moment to review both tools to understand how they will help us create a better environment for our students. As we head into Spring Break and warmer weather, we ask that you assist the school in reminding your students about our start times (7:50 AM) and the importance of attendance. Students tend to grow weary towards the end of the school year and begin to veer away from common procedures and practices. Unfortunately, this is actually the time students must buckle down to solidify their academic standing in their courses. We want to remind parents that picking up and dropping off of students must remain in the parent lot that is in front of our football field. Parents and students must refrain from entering our faculty lot to retrieve and to drop off students. We encourage parents to stay in communication with our teachers and follow along on our Skyward app to monitor their students' progress. Lets have an amazing beginning to the fourth quarter as we head into Spring Break!
With Zee-Bee Pride,
Mr. Zackary Livingston
