Picking up curriculum and having enjoy some ice cream together!

Ready for the 24-25 School Year!

PLEASE NOTE: Different instructions for different grade levels below.

Drop Off for K-8 Classes:

• ALL K-8 students need to be dropped off and picked up in the Gym.
• Arrive with your student and go to the Gym for morning classes between 9:00 and 9:10 a.m. and between noon and 12:10 for afternoon classes.
• Students will line up at 9:10am and 12:10pm

• K-5 parents may leave once their student is in line with a staff member present.

Pick Up for Grades K-5: Be in the Gym waiting for your K-5 & middle school students no later than 11:15 for morning classes and 2:15 for afternoon classes.

Pick Up for MS & HS level students: IMPORTANT check your middle & high school level class end times as some are released at 11:15 or 11:30 and some are released at 2:15 or 2:30. Be in the Gym for your 6-8th students at 11:15 or 11:30 for morning classes 2:15 or 2:30 in the afternoon.

• Dismissal - Mrs. Wight - 11:15 am
• Dismissal - Mrs. Bailey - 11:30 am & 2:30 pm Tues, Wed, Thurs. Dismissal Friday at 11:15
• Dismissal - Mrs. Ryder - 11:30 am

Extra details: Do not arrive before 9:00 for morning classes. If a student is still here at 2:45, he or she will be taken to Sequoia to wait for parent pick up.

PGS Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 9:00 to noon on Friday.

Come to the Gym with your student ready to go before the camera.

Here are the times you can drop in: 8:30-9:00 am AND 11:15 am to 1:30 pm

DETAILS:

• PGS students have a picture taken for yearbook and school ID.
• Parents come during one of the drop in times listed above and visit the PGS Picture Day table to pick up your student's ticket to give to the photographer.
• Families may choose to purchase individual photos by ordering online within 4 days of picture day.
• Ordering is optional as every student will get a student ID at no charge. Go to Dorianstudio.com to order your pictures or there will be an order information for you on picture day.
• A School ID card will be provided for each student at no charge. ID cards will not be printed or reprinted on retake day.
• For students in class: Individual pictures are taken outside of scheduled class times.

Retakes

Retakes will be available October 23rd for students who missed picture day or would like a new photo taken. Students wanting retakes need to return original picture packet or purchase a new picture packet.

11am to 1 pm at Doyle Park (across the street from the school).

Bring a lunch or stop by the Sequoia Cafeteria to pick up a grab & go sack lunch.
