Our first day of school is rapidly approaching. Construction continues on campus despite the rainy weather this week. Most construction progress took place inside the building. WCHS welcomes teachers and staff back to campus on Tuesday, August 13th to prepare for students. Over 1100 Patriots will begin school on August 26th.

Open House:

WCHS will hold an Open House on Thursday, August 22nd, 2024. Students and parents may visit between 4:00-7:00 to walk the building. Rising 9th grade parents are encouraged to attend a meeting from 6:00-7:00 in the auditorium with Mr. Johnson. The meeting will address the transition to high school.

Schedules/Grades:

WCHS and CCPS will transition to a new student information system this summer. PowerSchool will be replaced by Infinite Campus. Our goal is to provide access to student schedules via NCEdCloud by the end of the day on Friday, August 16th.
