As we move from January to February things continue to be busy here at Cherry Hill. To keep updated with current information and events, please read the following information and note the important dates.

January 31st - 100th Day of School

Feb. 3rd-18th - Book Fair

February 6th - Parent-Teacher Conferences

February 7th - Professional Development Day/No School

February 13th - Parent-Teacher Conferences

February 14th - Valentine's Day Parties

February 17th- President’s Day (No School)

It's crazy to believe but we will be celebrating the 100th day of school at Cherry Hill Primary on January 31st. We are encouraging our students and staff to either dress like they are 100 years old or decorate a shirt with 100 items attached. This is such a fun day and we can't wait to see our students' fun and creative side!

Cherry Hill will be having a Book Fair from February 3rd-18th. Students will have the opportunity to preview and shop for books during the scheduled library times. Information should have already come home with students about the Book Fair. The Book Fair will also be open the evening of February 6th from 4:00-7:00pm during conferences. Parents are welcome to stop by during that time to shop.

Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, February 6th and Thursday, February 13th. Teachers should be notifying parents of conference times and schedules. Remember, this is a valuable opportunity to talk with your child’s teacher to discuss their progress and any other important information relevant to their success at school.

Friday, February 7th is a scheduled Professional Development day for staff. Students will not be in attendance at school on that day.

Numerous parents still have updates to do for your child's OneView account. It is vital that you take the time to review your information and make any updates or changes that you may have (https://washingtonch.esvportal.com/Login.aspx). This is our way of getting in contact with you for any reason and it is very important that all your information is up to date. If you feel that you do not have any changes, you will still need to login to Oneview and review the current information and SAVE and SUBMIT it so that our secretaries know that what we have on file is up to date. If you have any questions or need any assistance doing this, feel free to contact the office at 740-335-3370 and speak to one of our secretaries. It is important that we have everything completed if you have not already done so. Thanks for your cooperation.

We continue to make every effort to keep our school website updated as another tool for communicating with parents. We will be adding, revising, and updating information on the site throughout the school year. Parents may access the website by entering www.wchcs.org and finding Cherry Hill’s drop-down menu on the home page.
