A Note from Ms. Looman
- Remember, next Tuesday. Dec. 10th we will be holding a Building Readers Workshop for families and caregivers from 5:30-6:30. Please reach out if you have any questions.
- You are all invited to join us on Friday, Dec. 20th at 2:00 for an all-school assembly. We have the opportunity to see the Piti Theatre performance of "Story Wizards". It will be a great way to kick off Winter Break!
- Yesterday's storm allows us to kick off sledding season at recess. Please be sure your child has all the appropriate outdoor winter gear so they can enjoy some fun at recess!
PTO News
- Next Friday, Dec. 13th is the PTO Children's Holiday Shopping Room, Cookie Swap, and Winter Clothing Swap. We are still looking for volunteers for all three events. We are also still collecting donations for the Children's Shopping Room and the Winter Clothing Swap.

Tickets are 1 for $2, 3 for $5, 10 for $7, or 15 for $10 and can be purchased from any 5th or 6th grader or in the front office at school.
Mass DOT Name a Snowplow Contest
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is holding their annual Name a Snowplow contest for elementary school students across the state. The contest is for students to name 12 plows that will be in service for the upcoming winter season. There is no limit to the number of applicants per school. The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 13th. The contest webpage is https://www.mass.gov/name-a-snowplow-contest-2024-25.
