Rock Hill Review
December 15th, 2024
A Minute with Mouton
Hello Rock Nation,
As I reflect on another remarkable year at Rock Hill, our theme "Rock Solid" resonates more powerfully than ever. In 2024, we've demonstrated the true meaning of being Rock Solid – standing strong, supporting one another, and building on our core values of ICSEEU (Integrity, Creativity, Service, Excellence, Empathy) that will endure long after our students leave our halls.
From our classrooms to our athletic fields, from our arts programs to our academic competitions, we have proven that Rock Hill is more than just a school, we are a community built on strength, resilience, and commitment. Our collective efforts have transformed challenges into opportunities, transforming potential into remarkable achievements that showcase the true spirit of being Rock Solid.
To our incredible parents, your Rock Solid support continues to be the cornerstone of our success. Your partnership, trust, and dedication have been instrumental in helping our Blue Hawks soar. You are the bedrock that supports our students dreams, and I am truly grateful for the way you stand beside us, championing the growth and development of your children.
To our students, our living, breathing definition of Rock Solid, you continue to amaze and inspire us. Your resilience in the face of challenges, your creativity in problem solving, and your genuine compassion for one another embody the very essence of our theme. You do not just weather storms; you stand strong through them, supporting each other which makes me incredibly proud.
As we approach the holiday season, I am reminded of how fortunate I am to be part of this extraordinary community. The faces of our students reflect not just joy, but a deep seated strength, aRock Solid commitment to personal growth, mutual respect, and collective achievement. Each smile, each accomplishment, each moment of connection reinforces why we are so proud to be Rock Hill Blue Hawks.
During this festive time, I wish for our entire Rock Nation a season filled with warmth, rest, and rejuvenation. May you experience the true strength that comes from family, community, and the unbreakable bonds we've built together. See you in 2025!!!

Students were engaged with the Aesthetic & Beauty theme through some epic architectural marvels that they studied. First students researched an architectural work, then students show creativity by creating their own version (models), finally, students presented to the class reflecting in how the buildings reflect the ideas and believes of a culture.
Community Engagement
Upcoming Events
Rock Hill FFA is excited to invite clubs, organizations, and small businesses to participate in the 1st Annual Blue Hawk Market on March 8th, 2025. This event promises to be a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, and we would love to have your involvement as a vendor or guest. This is a chance for your organization to sell products for fundraising, to offer a fun activity as a community service (face painting, etc.) or to just educate and inform our community about your organization.
To register, please scan the QR code on the attached flyer. If you are part of a club or organization at RHHS, you will not need to pay booth rent, which is a great way to showcase your activities without any cost.
Please note that the last day to register as a vendor is December 18th, 2024.
Thank you for considering this opportunity, and I hope to see you at the Blue Hawk Market!

Staff Holiday Gift Cards - Please help us finish TODAY
Thank you to everyone who has purchased a Staff Holiday Gift Card so far! As of 11:59pm on 12/12, we still needed 31 gift cards to cover all Rock Hill and DAEP staff members. Please help TODAY if you haven't already so we have time to purchase and prepare all of the gift cards before Friday's luncheon. Gift card donations will end as soon as we hit the 307 needed.
The updated leaderboard shows the raw numbers as of that time. We thought those with a competitive streak would like to see exactly where everyone stands, for bragging rights and all of that!
Purchase gift cards at bit.ly/RockHillDonations. Thank YOU for your generosity to the Rock Hill and DAEP staff members!!
