Dear LMS Parents & Guardians

Staff and students have started off the second semester! We hope that you were able to look at your child's quarter 2 grades and communicated any questions or concerns to your child's teacher (s). Please continue to check ParentVue and work with your child to check their grades in StudentVue often.


LMS continues to run safety drills including ALICE Lock-Down, tornado, and fire drills to ensure all staff and students have practiced these drills so that we are ready and prepared in the event of an emergency. This week we will also have trained K-9 dogs and school resource officers coming to our school to run a drill.


The Families Against Narcotics Informational Parent Meeting was rescheduled for Thursday, February 16th at the Middle School Media Center at 6:00 pm. NJHS students will be available for childcare. Our Rearing Resilience - Middle School Edition Parent Information Series held its first meeting last week. There was valuable information shared. Please join us for our next meeting on Friday, February 24th at 9:00 am at LMS in the media center. See the flyers below for more information.
