In order for students to experience meaningful extra-curricular activities, VCEC Student Council will collect class dues from each student. Dues will support paying a portion of annual events and activities planned for students and culminate in one of the most fun-filled events of students' high school experience: prom, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Day, etc.

Yearly class dues: $30.00

Due: Oct. 1st.

Late Fee: $10.00

Steps to use K-12 Payment Center: (approx. 5 to 7 minutes to complete)

5. Under - EARLY COLLEGE FEES: enter payment amount
6. Under - Fees for Early College Students: enter the students' name, and what the fee is for (ex. Debbie Hite, for Student Fees)
7. Click on: Add to Cart
8. Click on: Proceed to Checkout
9. Enter: Credit Card Details
10. Check: Terms & Conditions
11. Click on: $ Process Payment

Car riders are dropped off and picked up at the staircase between Bldg. 1 & VGCC Civic Ctr.

VGCC prohibits student use of walking through Bldg. 1 to access Bldg. 2.

VCS Transportation Dept. creates bus routes once a transportation form is submitted (via VECHS google form). Once routes are completed, pick-up and drop-off times are accessible via the Bus Routing icon on the front, the top page of the district, and the school webpage. Allow 3 to 4 business days for transportation to begin.

VCEC students will be transported directly to the Early College campus.

• PowerSchool has been deactivated.
• Effective July 2024, NCDPI will use Infinite Campus as its new Student Information system. Additional information will be issued to students and parents from VCS district office in the upcoming week.
• Students will receive a copy of their class schedule during Open House or the first day of school.

Vance Early College High School students are duly enrolled in VCEC and VGCC. Students must be registered/enrolled in both learning institutions.

• Vance Co. School students accepted to VCEC are to complete the VGCC application only.
• Students entering Vance Co. Schools from a different school district/system are to complete both the VCS New Student Enrollment Packet and VGCC application.

VECHS students are welcome to try out/register for Vance Co. High School (VCHS) fall, winter, and spring sports teams. Visit the VCHS Athletics page or call 252.430.6000 for further information.

VCEC provides an athletic shuttle bus to VCHS at the end of the school day.
