Spring Sports registration will be coming soon for Tennis, Baseball and Track & Field. Student Athletes should be up to date with a current (within one calendar year) physical on file with the school nurse. We are currently looking for a Track & Field Coach. The Jamestown Teachers' Association annually awards College Scholarships to qualified students. Please see the link below for more information (the form can also be accessed on the Jamestown Schools website by searching scholarships). The deadline for submission is Friday, April 4th. All applicants applying for the Jamestown Teachers' Association College Scholarship that are Jamestown residents and attended Jamestown Schools will be considered. The child of a Jamestown Teachers' Association member or staff member will receive extra consideration in the allocation of these scholarships. All applicants will be chosen based on application and essay.
If you have a recent physical exam, immunization, dental, vision, or specialist forms please continue to forward them to the school nurse so we can update your student's information.
Some over-the-counter medications are available at school, but require a new OTC medication form signed by a physician every school year. You can find the form on the Nurse's Office webpage if you would like your student to have the option of receiving OTC medications for headache, pain, cramps, sore throat, cough, etc. Do not send cough drops or any medication to school with your student, they should be kept in the nurse's office.
