Week of June 3
Hi Families,
This short week has certainly flown by and now here we are to the LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL! I've watched your children grow in so many ways this school year, and watched their personalities just bloom as they have matured! I hope that each of our students and their families have experienced special memories during this year at Eastern! You are all special to us! Thank you for your support of Eastern Elementary!
To our first graders and families moving up, we love you and look forward to watching your students grow up in our city schools. We hope we have earned a special place in your hearts and that you have collected many wonderful memories during the time you were here at EES! This past week we held our traditional Senior Walk for our 2024 Seniors. We know one day, and it will come sooner than you can imagine, we hope your children will be coming back to do the Senior Walk with us!
This weekly letter is my LAST ONE for the 23/24 School Year! Enjoy this last week of school and the end of year celebrations! To our PTO and many supportive families, special grandmothers, and extended family members, THANK YOU for supporting your children, their teachers and the many staff here at Eastern! And, thank you for allowing Eastern to be part of your lives this year! We will be signing off on Friday, June 7 at 12pm.
