Animal Science Internship with Rawhide Ranch - Hurry up and sign up your student for this amazing opportunity
Please complete the Animal Science application if your child would like the opportunity to be selected for the Spring Rawhide Ranch Internship. This internship will take place on Fridays from January 31st - April 11th, 2025 at Rawhide Ranch. Interns will be released from class at 12:30 pm, and the absences will be a verified school activity. Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from the internship at Rawhide Ranch.

Esta pasantĆa se llevarĆ” a cabo los viernes del 31 de enero al 11 de abril de 2025 en Rawhide Ranch. Interns will have ten weeks of hands-on and interactive learning led by experienced professionals. Activities and lessons will include animal husbandry, veterinarian science, horsemanship, team building, and leadership.
We have 24 available spots, and these are only open to Bonsall Unified students in 4th - 8th grade. Students will only be accepted to one internship at Rawhide Ranch throughout their time in grades 4th-8th so that all students have an opportunity to participate.

The SDCOE and CIEFA invite PK-12 educators, administrators, Title VI committee members, Tribal Education staff, college/university faculty, school board members, and tribal community members to attend events on our 2024-2025 CIEFA calendar. This CIEFA calendar has over 60 trainings, book clubs, institutes, conferences, talking circles, and collaboratives that will be offered for free to SD County and California LEAs, Tribal Education Centers, and tribal communities. All of these offerings are aligned to the Commitment to Ensure American Indian Student and Family Belongingness in Schools: A Community- Responsive Framework to Honor and Enhance Tribal Education Sovereignty https://bit.ly/Tribal-Ed-Sovereignty. Must be a birth certificate, Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certificate of Birth, Certificate of Naturalization or a previously issued full-validity passport book or card. - All customers applying for a passport using form DS-11 must submit a clear copy of their citizenship evidence in addition to their original or certified copy of U.S. citizenship. Birth abstracts from California and Texas are not acceptable. The long form Birth Certificate is an acceptable proof of U.S. citizenship.
