The Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey
All Illinois public schools are now gathering information through the 5Essentials Survey. School staff take part of the survey, students in grades 4 and up take another part, and parents take a third part in order to gather all-around data about our schools.
We don't get a report unless at least 20% of our parent population completes the survey. Please help us out by sharing your thoughts about Hoffman School!

The survey opened Jan. 30, 2024 and closes March 29, 2024.

Spring Benefit
We have reimagined our Spring Benefit! By applying successful aspects from past events and incorporating feedback from the HE/HO community, we are excited to invite you to our first annual Fire & Ice Gala! Our Gala will be held on March 1st from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. at Valley Lo Club.
We were bursting at the seams last year at our spring event and have chosen this space as it will provide several mingling areas, a food area, auction area and of course music space! We will be the first large group to utilize their brand-new bar!
Cocktail attire. Additionally, we encourage everyone to dress creatively for the theme, "Fire & Ice."
The event includes:
- Music
- Silent Auction
- 50/50 Raffle
- Hors d'oeuvres
- Cash Bar

Stock the Lounge is back!
It's time to show our teacher's some much needed love and appreciation! Families are invite to purchase one or more items from the respective school "wish lists". Items will be sent directly to the schools and stocked in the teacher's lounges. Thank you for your support!
