The Avon Lake City Schools video production department has masterfully created an interactive video of our very important and recently adopted Strategic Plan. Easy to watch, and utilizing our very own staff and students to demonstrate the power and meaning of our new mission, vision, goals, and portrait of an Avon Lake City Schools graduate, this video is several minutes long and we encourage you to watch until the very end! Thank you for your support on our journey to making Avon Lake an ALite school district.

Wednesday, November 13th will be our first Take Back Togetherness Night in the ALCSD! These nights will provide opportunities for families to spend time with one another exclusively, as there will be no homework given, activities after school, or athletics practices. We want families to unplug from social media and devices and spend quality time with one another.

For November, the Marco's Pizza Challenge is special because families of students in grades 3-4 can order a pizza to be picked up or delivered in a box decorated by their child.

Thank you for any support of Westview on Marco's Pizza Nights as the funds raised for Westview support a variety of events and items for Westview, including the upcoming Gaga Ball Pit for our playground.

Westview Elementary Student Council invites you to join us on Tuesday, November26th from 7:45-8:45 a.m. for a pancake breakfast to thank you for your service to ourcommunity. We extend this invitation to all those (and their child(ren)/grandchild(ren)who have or are currently serving in the military, police, fire or EMS roles.
