Please direct any email regarding student absences and/or student dismissals to your child's teacher AND to our CPS office staff, Bobbie Weymouth (bweymouth@rsu18.org) and Mae Slevinsky (mslevinsky@rsu18.org).

Please be sure to communicate any changes for end of day dismissal plans prior to 2:00pm so students can be sure to receive their notes.

Our very own CPS students, Syar (2nd grade) and Shya (Kindergarten), participated in the 2024 Maine STEM Film Challenge held by USM this fall. They submitted a film on the topic of ecology, focusing on amphibians, and won first place in the K-3 division!! Watch "Listening To The Amphibians" by Yellow House Dragons here!

Our lost and found collection grows larger by the day. Please label your child's clothing so lost items can be easily returned.

Cooler weather has arrived! Our students go outside for recess every day unless the temperature is below 10 degrees so please help your child be prepared for recess with appropriate gear for playing outside including boots (and sneakers for inside especially on PE days), jacket, ski pants, hats and mittens/gloves. We do not keep items on hand for daily usage, as we would prefer these items come from home to maintain hygiene and reduce the items in our lost & found.
