Workouts are open to SMS 7th and 8th graders that have been cleared in PlanetHS/BigTeams to participate. Workout schedules can be found at www.socasteeathletics.com or on Twitter/X @SocasteeHS. Just look under "This Week in Socastee Athletics".

If your child is planning on playing any HCS sports team, they must have a current physical (after April 1, 2023) and all documents uploaded and approved on their PlanetHS/Big Teams account.

ATTENTION 6th GRADE PARENTS

• All students entering 7th grade are required to have a Tdap Booster administered at age 10 or older.

PROVIDE UPDATED RECORD TO SCHOOLOGY

• You MUST provide your child's school with a copy of their updated SC Certificate of Immunization or SC Exemption.

• Per SC Law, this document must be provided within 30 days of enrollment for your child to attend school. After 30 days, your child will not be allowed to remain in school (these are unlawful absences)

• Please contact your child's healthcare provider with questions regarding immunizations and medical records.

• For questions about your child's Immunization Record on file at school, please reach out to your child's school nurse.
