A Message from the Principal
We miss you!
Cynthia Bailey, Principal
Watch for Communication re: Pick-up of Belongings and Drop-off of School Materials
A Poem For Our 6th Graders
The Oberle Family sent this in to share in our newsletter:
We did not get to say goodbye……… Class of 2026
We will not forget the announcements daily
With the one principal who stayed with us, Mrs. Bailey.
It is bittersweet much like
Mrs. Ecklebe’s secret chocolate treats.
We will not forget the assemblies and their added acoustics.
Our lives have been filled with art and music.
They say all things must change and you might think that is strange
But for us, how many times did our teachers exchange……
their classrooms and their names!!!
Have you had enough?
Or do you need one last dance party with Ms. Duff?
What else can we say?
Except thank you for all the field days, Mr. K!!
There will not be rockets shot from the hill,
But this journey has been real
And we have all the guidance we need from Mrs. McGill.
Before we go, we have one thing we must admit
Our final Kickball game would have been lit
So, we graciously accept your forfeit!!
We did not get to say goodbye,
Please do not cry.
We will always and forever be Hillside!!
Every TIGER becomes a WARRIOR!!!
