Wild Root Yoga - Lincoln
Sunday, Jan 28, 2024, 03:00 PM
946 North 70th Street, Lincoln, NE, USA
January Event - Sound Bath Yoga
Join us at Wild Root Yoga for this restorative and well-deserved Sound Bath experience on January 28! Led by Licensed Vibration Sound Therapist (VST), Samantha Gallentine is not new to helping others with health and wellness. With more than 30+ years as an LPN, her intention with VST is to give others the opportunity to practice an alternative means of finding balance, restoration, and healing in their own lives.
Participants will need a yoga mat and/or cushion to lay on. We also recommend 1-2 blankets. Bring whatever makes your “nest” comfortable… bolsters and eye masks are available at the studio and we have a few extra yoga mats for cushion but you will definitely want to bring the blanket(s). Wear cozy clothing such as sweat pants, yoga pants, etc., and socks. Arrive a little early to help get yourself settled into the space.
If you are interested in carpooling from Omaha, text Janis Pfingsten at 402-672-3482.
After our session we will be getting together at Honest Abe’s-Meadowlane at 840 N. 70th Street for anyone who would like to attend.
Date & Time: Sunday, January 28 at 3 p.m.
Location: 946 North 70 St. Lincoln
Cost: Students - $10
Members - $15
Non-members - $20
The normal cost for this session is $35. SWE will pay for the difference, so this is a great opportunity to experience a Sound Bath relaxation technique.
Register/Pay by contacting Brianna at brianna@wildrootyoga.com . She will then get your information and get you signed up. If you have questions you can also call Briana at 402-525-1689.
Note that our December newsletter had a different link for registration.
Note: If you registered through the Wild Root Yoga website from the December newsletter, please contact Janis and she will make sure that you receive a reimbursement.
