Halloween Costume Info

Please keep in mind the following guidelines when helping your child choose a Halloween costume:


Costumes should be "G-rated"

  • Costumes should not depict violence or violent acts (no fake blood, gore, etc.).
  • Leave all toy guns, knives and swords (any weapons) at home.


Halloween is an exciting time. Let's all help to make sure it is a safe and positive experience for the children while at school.

Halloween Parade

Wednesday, October 31st, 10:50 AM - 11:15 AM (approximately)


Our students will parade around the school building (weather permitting) beginning at approximately 10:50 AM. They will walk around the building twice before heading back to their classrooms. Mr. Tedesco will be playing some favorite Halloween tunes ("Monster Mash" is always a favorite)!


You are invited and welcome to join us for the parade. As always, parking is limited so please make every effort to carpool. This is a great opportunity to check out costumes and to enjoy a few moments of fall fun at Stonybrook.


In the event of inclement weather, the parade will be held indoors. Unfortunately, due to space and safety constraints, parents will not be able to attend the indoor parade. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
