Congratulations Class of 2024, You Did It!
The cheers still echo from CU's Events Center, where on Sunday, May 19th, the Fairview High School Class of 2024 celebrated their momentous graduation! To all our graduates, we extend our heartfelt congratulations. You've persevered, excelled, and achieved incredible things.
The ceremony itself was a beautiful testament to your journey. We witnessed pride radiating from families, tearful farewells exchanged between friends, and the sheer joy of accomplishment etched on your faces.
This is a new chapter, filled with limitless possibilities. We have no doubt you'll continue to shine brightly. Congratulations once again, Class of 2024! May your future endeavors be filled with success and happiness.

A BIG THANK YOU TO FAIRVIEW'S PARENT ORGANIZATION (FPO)
As we conclude another successful school year, we at Fairview High School would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Fairview Parent-Teacher Organization (FPO) for their dedication and hard work in organizing the annual All-Staff End of Year Breakfast.
This delightful event serves as a wonderful opportunity for our faculty and staff to come together, celebrate accomplishments, and reinforce the sense of community that thrives at Fairview.
Beyond this event, the FPO's unwavering support extends throughout the entire year. Their tireless efforts contribute significantly to the success of our school and enrich the educational experience for all students.

HEADLINES AND EVENTS
📚 Fairview Summer School/ Credit Recovery Program
Summer School at Fairview High School will be offered for students to recover classes that they have failed. Students can sign-up by completing this form.
Summer school will begin on Tuesday May 28th and run through June 18th . Students will attend in-person at Fairview High School Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-11:30am. Courses will be completed on an online platform with teacher support. There is no fee associated with this credit recovery option.
Space is limited. Please complete this google form to confirm if your student is interested and will attend.

A New Tradition Takes Root: Honoring Our Community Champions!
This morning, during the FHS All-Staff End of Year Breakfast, we proudly launched a new tradition – the Our Community Cares Award!
This award recognizes the incredible individuals who go above and beyond to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and the broader Fairview community. Whether through volunteering, mentorship, fundraising, or any other form of selfless support, these champions embody the spirit of Fairview.
The outpouring of nominations for this award was truly inspiring. We look forward to honoring more outstanding community members at future End-of-Year Breakfasts, solidifying this recognition as a cherished Fairview tradition.

Fairview High School Honors Students at Knight of Excellence Ceremony
On May 16th, Fairview High School proudly held its annual Knight of Excellence ceremony in the school's auditorium. This prestigious event recognizes outstanding students across all grade levels and academic departments, highlighting their dedication and achievements.
The ceremony doesn't stop there! It also acknowledges the exceptional contributions of students involved in school activities and clubs that don't have their own recognition events. Finally, graduating seniors are honored for their exemplary accomplishments in academics, athletics, service, and leadership.
This night was a shining example of the excellence that thrives within our school community.

At Fairview, we provide students with an array of over 65 student clubs covering a diverse range of interests, and we actively encourage students to create their own. Game Dev Club
The Game Design Club is a space for students to explore the exciting world of game creation. Together, members will collaborate on building a game from the ground up, learning the essential skills of programming, art, sound design, and overall game design principles.
This club is perfect for anyone interested in the inner workings of game development, regardless of prior experience. Whether you're a coding enthusiast, an artistic mind, or simply a passionate gamer, the Game Design Club offers a platform to learn, collaborate, and bring your game ideas to life.

Volunteer Parent Prom Venue Council
Parents, if you would like to be a part of the Parent Prom Venue Council, please email TJ Strasser, STUCO Teacher. Parents on the council each year will help advise STUCO with prom venues that can hold our extra large population of students and staff for our 2026 and 2027 proms. If you are passionate about keeping our Fairview prom close to Boulder, we need your expertise and support in this parent council.
