INFORMATION FOR SENIOR CPR TRAINING
Graduation Requirement
In compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 15-718.01, all high school seniors must successfully complete a certified cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training program. The training must include hands-on chest compression practice to be valid. This essential requirement aims to prepare students for emergency situations and equip them with the ability to potentially save lives.
To satisfy this requirement, your CPR certification must be within the 2 year certification validity period on your graduation date.
Students must submit a copy of their CPR training card to the school. The card serves as proof of completion and will be recorded as part of your official transcript. For your convenience, we have created a form through which you can upload your CPR training card. You can access the form for submission HERE.
We strongly encourage all seniors to complete this training as soon as possible, to avoid any delays in meeting graduation requirements.
If you have any questions about the CPR requirement or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to Ms. Loryn Autrey at lorynautrey@topamail.com.
Thank you for your attention to this important requirement, and we look forward to seeing all of our seniors graduate fully prepared for the future.
