We hope this email finds you well! We are reaching out to ask for your help with the upcoming 6th Grade Meet & Greet on August 27th at 4pm.

It can be both exciting and a little nerve-wracking for our 6th graders as they transition into a new school environment. Having some familiar, supportive faces around can make a world of difference!

We are looking for PARENT volunteers to assist from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM on that day.

Volunteers will be stationed in rooms with the 6th graders, helping them feel comfortable and guiding them through activities. Don’t worry—you will be given clear instructions, and I’ll be there to provide an introduction and walk you through everything you need to know.

Your presence and support could really help our new students feel at ease as they start this next chapter.
