SCN POST PROM 2025
A call for all hands on DECK!!!
ALL Juniors & Seniors (even if they don't attend prom) and their dates are invited to POST PROM. Christ Community Church generously allows us to host Post Prom in their huge venue. This fantastic space allows us to have separate areas for food and drinks, karaoke, a casino(including bingo), and lots of giant inflatables. Raffle tickets are acquired easily throughout the evening and offer the chance to win great prizes. It's casual and crazy and a blast! And EVERYTHING s included for one low ticket price (just $25 if purchased in advance).Check out this Reel from 2024! or this one: Casino Fun!
Where & When:
Post Prom will be held at Christ Community Church on Randall Road after Prom, from 10:30pm Saturday, May 3rd until 2:30am on Sunday, May 4th.
Why:
We are passionate about providing a safe space for our students to make good choices and have a memorable celebration.
How you can help:
PEOPLE
The event planning is broken down into committees. At this time, we need chairs to head up the following committees:
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR:
Set up Sign Up Genius for volunteers. Coordinate the volunteer assignments for the event. Manage the volunteers during the event should they need a break.
TICKET SALES:
Coordinate ticket sales at the school and student check-in at the event. We use Eventbrite for ticket sales.
SECURITY:
Coordinate with facility staff and security volunteers to ensure safety of students.
CASINO:
Set up the casino at CCC and manage the bingo and card games during the evening.
VOLUNTEERS:
In the near future we will send out a sign-up sheet for all volunteers, but right now we would like to have all the committee chairs assigned. Please contact JoAnn Cassell at scnhs.pto@gmail.com if you’d like to volunteer for any of the above positions. We have many parents of alumni that return to volunteer because it is such a great event.
PRIZES
We are only able to host this wonderful event because of the support of the generous families at SCN. We realize not everyone is in a position to help financially, but if you are, we are grateful for your support. In addition to all the fun activities we have planned, we hope to have an epic prize raffle for the students who attend. In previous years, this has been a favorite part of the evening. You will hear more about ways you can volunteer or make cash donations in the spring. But if you are able to help now, we have an Amazon Wish List which makes donating a breeze!

DONATIONS
If you wish to make a monetary donation this can be done via Push Coin. Donations are also accepted via check mailed to SCNHS PTO, 255 Redgate Rd. St. Charles, IL 60175.
If you own a business and would like to sponsor any of our games, please contact JoAnn Cassell at scnhs.pto@gmail.com
We are expecting to have an EPIC party on May 3rd! Be part of it!
THANK YOU North Star Community!
