May 23 – Community Service day to help pack up WBMS (23rd the last day of school)

• Save As-> (*SAVE THIS SOME PLACE YOU CAN FIND IT!!!!)
• LAST NAME- 2019 EOYC (Example- PARDEE-2019 EOYC)
Step #3- As you complete items, check them off (make sure to save after each time you do this)
Step #4- When you are completely finished, digitally sign and date and then submit to bit.ly/eoyc2019

Device Collection

*For Students Leaving Early
- Students will turn in their devices to the Media Center.
- The Media Center will follow the check-in process and store the device in the secure cabinet.
Damages we are looking for:
- Cracked Screens
- Damaged ports
- Damaged headphone jacks
- Damaged charger
- Damage/graffiti/dents/severe scratches
Summer PLC Sign-Up: May 28th- July 24th- Located at AHS
WBMS will be located in the AHS Media Center this summer due to construction.
- There is really only room for 1 PLC a day, but if you absolutely need to meet on a date already taken, let me know.
- Please see the map below for directions to the Media Center.
- You will be compensated.
- If you are member of more than one PLC, feel free to attend both PLC meetings!

Please make sure you have the following Epson Accessory items by May 8th. You will turn these items in at a later date, but we would like for you to check for missing items now.
*You must complete the digital checklist for any missing items bit.ly/epsonaccessories by May 8th. This deadline will allow us to reorder items for this budget year.
