Winter Sport Sign-Ups Directions
1. Sign up on the Family ID website.
2. Make sure all medical information is up to date and accurate.
3. Make sure your child's Physical Examination was on or AFTER November 1st, 2022. If not, schedule one ASAP with your primary doctor or call the athletic office to schedule one on November 2nd from 9 AM-12 PM in the MS/HS clinic.
