The Savage Life!

"Houston, we have a problem." After watching the Apollo 13 mission control scramble to find a way to get the astronauts back home, our crew of Aeronautics 1 students split into two problem-solving teams and were faced with the constraints of only certain materials available as they worked out the best way to solve their problem of lifting a payload (20 paperclips) to the ceiling. Each team has 4 balloons, tape, a bathroom cup, a ziplock back, and fishing line to make it happen.

Parents, seniors need to submit their senior quote and a baby picture to Mrs. Luck. Also, if you are wanting to reserve a recognition page for your student in the yearbook, please do so soon as space is limited. Class dues need to be paid to the following teachers as soon as possible so that your class representatives can get things ordered so that you can start working on your floats. The following teachers are who each class gives their $10 dues to:

Freshmen: Mrs. Luck, Room 8

Sophomore: Ms. Callaway, Room 6

Juniors: Mrs Trett, Room 7

Seniors: Mrs. Goodknight, Room 4

Our cheerleaders have been working hard to get us ready for Friday Nights!! Let's show them that we have Spirit!! Our first pep assembly will be Friday at 2:40 pm in the WHS Gym! Let's GOOOOO!!! 📣📣

Tickets may be purchased at the high school office. Drawing will be at halftime during the homecoming game! You do not have to be present to win.
