We’re helping Bloomingdale and Carol Stream restock essential resources for families in need this holiday season. Please consider contributing any of the items listed here by November 26 if you can! You can send in your child's backpack or stop by the lobby to drop them off.

Throughout the week of November 13th-17th the ECC will be celebrating American Education Week. Festivities honor the team of people who work in our nation’s public schools, everyone from the bus driver and classroom teacher to the cafeteria worker and administrative staff, plus countless others. Your child’s teacher will send home a calendar that indicates how we will celebrate each day with the students at the ECC.

Tuesday, November 26th is our last day of school before we head into Thanksgiving break. The ECC will be having a school-wide pajama spirit day. Please feel free to send your child in pajamas to school this day.

ECC Winter Fundraiser…We Need Your Support:

CCSD 93 Early Childhood Center's fundraiser starts today, and we need your help. Our goal is to raise $500.00! All profits will be used for staff and students at the ECC!

We are thrilled to share that through our Birth-5 Coalition, the ECC will be hosting our annual Toys for Tots event on Saturday, December 14th. The event will start at 10:00 AM for CCSD93 families only. At 11:30 Am the event will be open to the community to come and shop. A separate newsletter will be sent out soon with specific details on how the day will work and what families need to know in order to come shop. In the meantime, please mark your calendar.

It is that time of year when the weather is changing. Please be sure to send in extra clothes that are appropriate for this change. Also, please be sure to send your child with proper outdoor clothing as we the students will continue to go outside with temperatures that feel like 25 degrees or above. If you are in need of a coat for your child, please email santieh@ccsd93.
