📢 Stallions, It’s Our Annual Fundraiser and this year we are doing something SWEEEEEEEET: The Cookie Dough Fundraiser is here! November 4-15🍪🎄
The holiday season is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with a sweet treat that also supports our amazing school! We’re aiming to raise **$25,000** to fund critical school programs, events, and opportunities for our students—and we need your help to make it happen!
✨ Why Cookie Dough?
This year, we’re not only giving you a delicious way to bring holiday cheer to family and friends, but also providing a wonderful opportunity to give back to our community. When you purchase cookie dough, consider baking a batch for our first responders as a gesture of gratitude for their tireless efforts during hurricane season. Let’s spread some warmth and kindness, Stallions style! 🚒👮
🎉 Exclusive Rewards Await!
Our top 30 donors will be invited to an Exclusive Foam Party—a fun-filled celebration with friends, foam, and loads of excitement! But that’s not all! Every supporter has the chance to collect a set of limited-edition, wizard-themed keychains, inspired by the world of magic and wonder. They make great gifts and add a touch of enchantment to any keyring! 🧙♂️✨
Whether you’re buying for your family, sharing with neighbors, or baking up a batch to show gratitude to first responders, every order counts toward making a difference for our school. Let’s come together to support our Stallion community, reach our $25,000 goal, and make this holiday season truly memorable!

Parking Information - Please Read!
Dear Parents,
I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to touch base about a few important safety reminders for our arrival and dismissal times to keep everyone safe and things running smoothly.
Safety First:
- Please remind your children not to throw items or run around chasing each other during these times, especially at arrival. We want to make sure everyone stays safe and no one is hit with an object while waiting.
- At no time are students allowed to be in the bushes out at the front of the school. There are sprinkler heads that are back there and can break. We also have found broken glass in those bushes and would not want someone to hurt themselves.
- To help ensure every car has a parking space, please avoid gathering at the front of the school after you have dropped off your students and have conversations. This area needs to stay clear for those dropping off or picking up their kids and there could be someone that needs your parking spot.
- Please stick to the speed limit in the Parker Pickup area, on the school road, and in the car rider line. This is crucial for the safety of our students and everyone else.
Parker Pickup /Parking and Traffic Flow:
- If your child is in grades 1-3 and you’re not in Parker Pickup 2, please come to the parking lot at 3:20 PM. This will give our kindergarten parents a spot to park. K parents should come around 305-310 and walk up.
- In parker pickup 1, please do not stop to wait for a closer parking space when there is a line behind you and there are spaces on the other side.
- If you are in grades 1-3, please don’t park and wait until 3:20 PM to get your student. This will really help with the flow of traffic in the afternoon. Thank you for doing this! You may have to wait a little longer but by the time 3:25 comes around there is plenty of parking spots.
Following these guidelines is very important for the safety and efficiency of our school’s arrival and dismissal process. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Thank you so much for your attention to these matters. Let’s work together to keep our school safe and welcoming for everyone!
Thank you again for your understanding and compliance to help our arrival and dismissal run smoother,
Mr. Petry
Lightning/Rainy Day Dismissal
Dear Parents,
In the event of a lightning/rainy day dismissal, please note the following procedures:
- Parker Pickup 2: Parker Pick-up 2 students will be picked up in the Parker Pickup 1 parking zone after 3:30 PM. Please do not arrive at the main parking lot until after 3:30 PM. This allows the first wave of Parker Pickup 1 to exit and provides parking for the second wave at 3:30 PM.
- Communication: We will notify you as soon as a lightning dismissal is called. Last Wednesday, there were 10 lightning strikes at 3:15 PM during dismissal, prompting us to call everyone back inside for safety. Moving forward, we will ensure timely communication whenever a lightning dismissal is necessary even if we are already at dismissal. We now have a point person that can help with this.
- Rainy Day Walkers and Parker Pickup 2: Walkers and Parker Pickup 2 students can walk home as long as there is no lightning. Please equip walkers with umbrellas and rain gear in case of showers in the afternoon or if you know the weatherman is predicting inclement weather. If there is no lightning within a 10-mile radius, dismissal will proceed as usual. Lightning within a 10- mile radius will trigger a lightning/rainy day dismissal.
Lightning/Rainy Day Dismissal Procedures:
- Parker Pickup 2: Will change to Parker Pickup 1. Do not arrive until 330pm if you usually pick up from Parker Pickup 2.
- Walkers: Will be held back and parents will be called to pick up. Parents will be called between 3:30-3:45 to assist with parking congestion.
- Buses: Will be released one at a time under the awning.
- Car Riders: Will be called under the awning by the car rider caller for poles 1-6 A and B, if it is unsafe for the caller to be outside of the awning.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. The safety of your children is our top priority, even if it causes some inconvenience.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Mr. Petry
