Final Testing Raffle Winners
Thank you to all of our Eagles who put in 100% effort to our CAASPP testing over the past three weeks. We are proud of your efforts! Congratulations to our final raffle winners that were announced this week. If you have not picked up your prize, make sure to stop by the office on Tuesday.
Promotion Updates
We will hold mandatory Promotion practice on May 31 and June 4. On June 4th we will distribute tickets and stoles that will be worn at promotion. On June 6 students must check in between 2 and 2:30 in front of the Laguna Hills High gym. Please DO NOT be late!! Allow plenty of time for parking. Parking is available in all high school lots and below the high school at the community center. Do not park across the street at any of the marketplace lots as they will issue tickets.
Family and friends with tickets may line up starting at 2 and gates will open by 2:30. Anyone without a ticket will be admitted starting at 2:45. There will be plenty of seating for all! Please do not bring noise-makers or large balloons to ensure all families can see and hear the promotion ceremony. There will be backdrops set up near the gym area following the ceremony for plenty of photo opportunities! We do ask that all families exit the stadium immediately following the ceremony so we can clear the field and stands. Students will meet their families at the check-in location.
Weekly Lunch Orders
It is strongly encouraged for families to complete the weekly meal order form to assist with adequate meal orders and to reduce food waste. The form is open every week Friday through Tuesday.

Cell Phones and Earbuds
Our staff works hard to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment. Cell phones and earbuds/airpods are a huge distraction and safety concern. Students are required to have their cell phones turned off and put away during the school day. Earbuds and Airpods should remain in their backpacks unless a teacher allows them to use them for school work. Please remind your students to "unplug" once they walk onto campus. If they need to contact a parent/guardian during the day, they may go to the office and ask permission to use our phone or their phone. Students are not allowed to take photos/videos and post on social media during the school day.
The Constitution of the State of California requires that we provide a public education to you free of charge. Your right to a free education is for all school/educational activities, whether curricular or extracurricular, and whether you get a grade for the activity or class. Subject to certain exceptions, your right to a free public education means that we cannot require you or your family to purchase materials, supplies, equipment or uniforms for any school activity, nor can we require you or your family to pay security deposits for access, participation, materials, or equipment. Under certain circumstances, students involved in extracurricular programs, clubs and/or sports may be required to attend fundraising events held by the program, sport or club just as you may be required to attend any other event put on by that program, club or sport. However, you will not be required to raise funds as a condition of participation.
