Simply donate the amount of your choice (no one will see the amount but you), and staff collect their total amount at the end of gift-giving in a form of a gift card or cards of their choosing! Click Here to donate today! The deadline for joining gifts is June 13 at 4:00pm.

2024-2025 Executive Board
We’d like to congratulate and welcome Alana Wright (Vice President) and Salma Aboukhodr (Treasurer) to next year’s PTA Executive Board! Due to the lack of nominees for both President (or Co-Presidents?) and Secretary, Alana will be acting President until we can find someone to fill the role. It is not too late to help the PTA, thus our school! If you are interested in the role of President (or Co-Presidents) or Secretary, please contact Danielle Hannawa at DanielleHannawa@gmail.com or you can contact Mr. Reimann.
Lead or Contribute to a PTA Committee for the 2024-2025 School Year!
We at the PTA love our students, staff, and giving back to our school community!
But in order to provide all we have, we need help!
There are many fun and engaging ways to get involved with Moraine's PTA. Don't want to take on a committee by yourself? Find a buddy to sign up with you! We would never want volunteering to become a burden or hassle. And always remember, your Executive Board will be around for any and all of your needs!
CLICK HERE to sign up for the 2024-2025 school year!
**PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A COMMITTEE, YOU ARE COMMITTING TO THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION, NOT JUST HELPING/PARTICIPATING THE DAY OF!
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN "DAY OF" HELPING ONLY, COMMITTEES WILL SEND OUT THEIR OWN SIGN UPS AS NECESSARY.
If you need to see the committee descriptions, please visit our website HERE for descriptions.
Please contact ptamoraine@gmail.com if you have any questions, concerns, or need clarification.
Yearbooks are coming home on Monday!
Yearbooks will be coming home with kids on Monday. If you didn't order one, there are a limited number of yearbooks to purchase for $20 (one per family please). Lauren DeLoach, PTA yearbook coordinator, will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday after school to sell those yearbooks. Please contact her first at moraineyearbook@gmail.com to be added to the list for purchase. Please do not call the office for yearbook information.

What is Academic Games?
Academic Games stimulates students to learn Math, English, and Social studies through fun games and competition. Academic Games is a collection of games designed to challenge students to use higher order thinking skills in the subjects of Language Arts, English, History, Mathematics, and Logic. Through competition students are encouraged and motivated to sharpen their skills in order to gain a competitive edge over their peers. Players receive recognition and awards in the same way that sports champions are honored.
Click here for list of games played.
Organizations
Northville Academic Games is a member of the Michigan Leagues of Academic Games (MLAG), which is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization. MLAG holds monthly regional tournaments from September to February, and a state tournament in March. The national organization – Academic Games Leagues of America (AGLOA), holds a national tournament in April every year. Only qualified teams from the state tournament can attend the national tournament.
Northville Academic Games was established in 2009 at Amerman Elementary School. It then expanded to Meads Mill and Hillside as players graduated into middle schools. Our oldest group of players established their presence in Northville High School in 2015. Currently there are more than 100 players in the Northville school district.
Our Mission and Core Values
The mission of Northville Academic Games is to provide a nurturing and focused environment for students to develop their intellectual capabilities as well as maturing into responsible individuals through fun games and friendly competitions. We cultivate a positive attitude and fairness in players who can win with class and lose with grace.
Our core values are Passion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork and Fun.
